Sorry to ask such a basic, and perhaps stupid question, but I do hope you can help...
What is the relationship between SUN and UNIX?
Are Sun and Unix two different operating systems?

Hi !

Sun is a Unix Operating System such a others like AIX, SGI, True64 ....
Sun is based on the System V R4 Unix implementation. You can find more information about solaris on my website ( www.allexperts.at ) in the eBooks section.
