I am single and have resided in Hartford, Ct. since 1976. I have no children. I am a political conservative with libertarian leanings. I am a registered Republican. I am a Roman Catholic. Question
can i appeal in teh supreme court something that was not mentioned on appeal to a lower courts decsion?

IE I was never served, as I got the clerk record but the magistrate continued the matter and finally went to the court to get served and had a full hearing, in other words the TCPO never got off the magistrates desk

Answer
Could attempt to get them to hear the case?
Yes.
Will they agree to accept cert and hear the case?
No.
Scotus only takes 80 or so cases a year.
Typically they are cases where there is an unsettled issue.

Temporary Civil Protective Order (TCPO)is that what you were seeking?
