This a comon known problem in these vehicle. If you got power at the fuel pump then its not your relay, fuse or ecm. connect direct 12 vlt to the pump if it does not work then the pump need replacement. if the pump works but you got spark, crak good, but no fuel at the carb , It is more likely you ECM which is a fault. There is a work around to bypass the ecm but you have to find it on ebay and it cost aprox 30$ US.
