Mine chatters too. But my starting problem were due to the accelerator pump on the carburator. It gets little cracks in the rubber boot, fuel leaks out and it's really hard to start. Either get a carb rebuild kit or like i did my second time this happed put silicone on the rubber boot to seal it up.
