Question
my car dont pass 2000rpm .it start stalling as if no gas or current.itstart to chime . can you tell me whats the problem

Answer
It could be a lack of fuel, a plugged catalytic converter, or an ignition system problem.
The converter is easiest to test, if you bring it slowly to as high rpm as it will attain, and then floor the gas pedal, it will actually go to lower rpm.
The fuel system will run poorly if more fuel is required.  Don't forget that the fuel filter can also be the cause of a problem like you describe.  If the fuel pump is bad, make sure you install a new fuel filter.  (A partially clogged fuel filter can cause almost immediate failure of a new fuel pump)
