Question
We will be arriving in sweden via air going to the Radisson SAS Strand,2 people, 2 bags each what would be the cost of the train vs a taxi

Answer
Barry,

You can go by bus (Arlanda Airport-Stockholm Central Station, 20 min)
http://www.flygbussarna.se/Page.aspx?page=1537&lang=EN

or express train (Arlanda Airport-Stockholm Central Station, 40 min)

With their special summer offers, it might be most affordable using them, and then take a taxi from central station to Radisson SAS Strand Hotel - otherwise I recommend just to take a taxi.
(Arlanda Airport-Stockholm Central Station, 40 min)

Use companies Taxi Stockholm or Taxi Kurir. From the airports, they have fixed prices 450-550 SEK.

Best regards,
