Subject: does it have a different meaning then the american meaning?
Question i was told this morning i had an interesting face..He said i could be a witch. and that he meant that in the nicest way..asked me if i knew about a writer named anderson?.. anyhow i was wanting to know how he meant that i could be a witch?
Answer hi!
hmm... Witch has the same meaning in sweden as in america. Maybe he meant that you were so beautiful that he was bewitched/enchanted?
I dont know about the writer either, mayme he meant the danish writer H.C Andersen? He wrote famous fairy tales like The Ugly Duckling, The Emperor's New Clothes, The Little Mermaid, The Swineherd and The Steadfast Tin Soldier.
