You are here: Experts > Recreation/Outdoors > Swimming > Swimming & Diving > Anti-fog spray/ goggles
Expert: Jessica Montenegro

Subject: Anti-fog spray/ goggles
Question Does anti-fog spray work? If so, what's in it?
Do anti-fog goggles work? If so, does the anti-fogging "agent" wear off? If so, after how long?
Thanks,
Jeff
Answer Hello Jeff!
I have honestly never used the anti-fog spray, just good old fashioned spit always did the trick for me; however, I did use anti-fog goggles. Those work very well from my experience and should last you a couple years if you rinse them off after ever swim. The only goggles I'll use are speedo vanquishers, you may want to take a look at those. Hope my advice helped.
