Question Hi,
it's been about a year since I've last dived and I sadly for got how to do my approach I only dive off a springboard because there arn't any other places to dive at around where I live. So can you please help describe how to do an approach or a couple diffrent ones.
Answer Matt--
The easiest way for you to see an approach is to go to youtube.com and search springboard diving. You will be able to see some different approaches and you can see what you need to do, it would be easier than trying to decipher what I can tell you to do.
Watch how many steps they take and the hurdle position.
Hope this helps
