Question
hi, i need to know the techniques for diving for my pe gcses!!! i was wondering if you could tell me them and the techiques for diving when doing breaststroke?!!
thanks x

Answer
Kt-
First of all there is only difference between shallow diving for breaststroke and other strokes.  In Breaststroke you need to dive  a little deeper.  The best tip I can give you is to keep your head down and your hands together, since I don't know if you can dive at all.  Please give me more info, can you do a dive.
George
