Question
We are currently in the process of a home renovation. We have a desire to place a 6 person (if possible) hot tub on a rooftop deck over a room with a flat roof. The room is not built yet, so I am trying to learn the possibilities to support this and the problems to avoid. How can this be accomplished?

Answer
You will require the space approx 60sqft
Water would be 1'-6" to 2'
The weight of water would be 3500 kilograms plus weight of the material of construction concrete or fiber you have to tell me?
Plus waterproofing of the tub
Also to be considered that fresh water inlets, drain points and overflow of water from tub
Check the weights given with your Structural consultants
