Question
All lights are green but no salt lights.  Is there a way to test the unit?  Salt levels are fine.

Answer
Hi Tim,

Thanks for your question.

My first consideration would be to ask how old the unit is? Average life of these units is 4 - 7 years depending on which part of the country you're in (running it 6 months vs 12 months).

Sorry that I can't more helpful.
