Subject: Migros or Coop locations
Question
Hi Judith - thanks for your help with what I hope is a fairly simple question.
I'll be staying in Kandersteg next July with a group of Scouts. We will have a car available to us. I was wondering what the nearest Hypermarket to us would be? I have found from the web that Coop & Migros seem to be the two major chains. Coop doesn't seem to have anything near us at all & Migros don't seem to have an english website! Thanks again, Enda.

Sounds like a great little trip you are going to have!
The Migros is not in Kandersteg but the Coop is:

There are also two smaller grocery stores, the first is also a bakery:

In addition in Frutigen, 12km before going up to Kandersteg is a larger choice of shopping variety...
