Subject: TV no longer shows Direct TV on CH 3

Question
This morning my year old grandson walked over to the TV and pressed the channel buttons and or volume buttons and our signal from Direct TV is gone. This is a 3yr old 32" Sharp TV that has worked fine.

My grandson never did anything else, the connections could not have changed etc because he can't get to them. I suspect something happened to the setup but don't know what to do to "reset" whatever he might have messed up. The owners manual is no help.

Answer
Probably you have the Direct TV cable going into either the antenna or the composite inputs. Just look in the back side of the set and see what inputs you are using.

Then using the input button on the remote switch through the options until you get on that input.
