Question Model number-9P5511C102 Model Chassis number-PTV836. The picture on my TV shrinks to the center of the screen then expands to normal, the convergence once adjusted is OK, but shortly after I have the same problem with shrinking then expanding and again the convergence is off in the menu. I pulled the back off and dusted with canned air.
Answer this is a bad power supply in the tv. the problem is that the parts for this are no longer made and it cannot be repaired.
