In order to properly assist you, it is very important that you provide the Model number of the television and the year it was manufactured. You can find this information on the back of the TV. Please also let me know if you are trying to fix the unit or just need to know the cost for repair. If you have a digital camera, and know how to solder and use a meter, I can help you fix your unit in most cases. BY THE WAY, THE PICTURE IS OF MY OLDEST DAUGHTER. Question
QUESTION: i have a 56 inch Panasonic rear projection. when i was watching it, it just went blank. i tried switching it on,but it only comes on for like one munite then goes off, i have tried unpluging it but it's doing the same. What do you think the problem is?

ANSWER: i will need a model number so i can look up the manual. can you send it?

QUESTION: The model number is PT-56HX41E

the convergence circuit is the most common problem on your model to go bad and cause this. you will need a repairman to look at this to be sure. a cost will range around 400.00 for the  repair
