Question
Greetings!
We have had this problem before but unfortunately, my husband is out of town and he fixed it last time.  We own a Toshiba dvd/vcr combo (sd-v392) and the vcr plays fine but we only have audio when trying to play a dvd.  I believe there may be something we can do with our remote?  I think a button accidently was pushed that wasn't suppose to!
Thanks for your help!

Answer
I think you should consult the owners manual that comes with the unit.  The detailed operation of each model is different so it requires the owner to learn the procedures for the set they own.

If you have the cables connected to the tv correctly you should be getting video on the screen. Since you have audio, please double check the video to make sure you have the video OUT on the dvd/vcr unit connected to the same video IN as the audio.

If you can't get it going, let me know what happened when you checked the cable connections.
