I had a Sanyo AVM-1304 which developed a very loud buzzing noise from inside while the picture and sound stayed normal. I opened the set and traced the buzzing to a DH1U relay on the circuit board. The relay was chattering because a filter capacitor right next to it was going bad and could not hold the voltage steady. I replaced the little electrolytic capacitor next to the relay and it solved the problem.
