Question
I have a 2001 magnanvox 60 inch projection t.v..Everything that has a white color to it. For example, a white car will appear to have a green hue around it. I am wondering if this is a common problem? How can I fix it?

Answer
The convergence is off.  Study your manual on how to set the convergence.  Some of the newer Maggies have an auto convergence mode that can be activated from the remote control, but you must follow the instructions in the owners manual.

If the convergence will not set properly and the 3-D appearance persists it is likely the convergence circuit is going bad.  This will require an in-home repair by a qualified tech.  Cost is always around $300 to $400 area.

Let me know if you need more guidance.
