Question
model # KDF-55E200 our tv is only about 2 years old. We had been getting a pink line on top of our screen for about 1 month and then the screen went out last week and wouldn't show a picture, we replaced the bulb thinking that was the problem, turned on the tv and the pink line is now a darker color and more like a strip and also now has a green strip on the bottom half. Do you know what is wrong or what i need to fix?

Answer
if this line ios alwasy there on all inputs?? then you have a bad optical engine and  a repair cost would range 600-700.
