Question My 77 lb Toshiba color tv set (CF2762B, probably made in 1992 according to the date on the manual-can't get access to the back of the tv set) has recently converted circular shapes to pear shapes,i.e. the top is squeezed horizontally; this results in full human figures in having very shortened lower torsos, i.e. short legs. I'd like to make an adjustment, but not mess with the components. Is it doable? Or do I have go to a repair shop?Super Bowl is coming.

Answer this is the vertical output circuit going bad. you will need a repair and a cost will range 150.00. not sure i would invest this into a tv this old...
