Question Our TV just keeps turning off and on, it will not stay on, any suggestions?
Thanks
Answer Chris,
This is a discontinued model. It was primarily sold at Walmart for under $200 and has only 2 boards in it, the Power Supply board and the main board. The ones I have seen only had an analog tuner and needed cable, satellite, or a digital converter box in order to receive today's digital signal. I would recommend for your problem that you test all of the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. If you do not have the tools, test equipment and know-how to do this, you strongly look into replacing the set, as any Service Center would cost you near the replacement cost to repair it.
regards,
Rick
