Question When ever we watch regular t.v the black box comes on and we can't figure out how to get rid of it. It's like the box that subtitles would me in. It doesn't comeon when we go past channel 13. How do I get rid of it ?
Answer Jeanne,
It's probably a very quick, easy fix. It sounds to me like you are in one of the TEXT modes of your closed caption. I cannot tell you how to exit from that, without knowing the make and model number of your set. This is necessary for me to know which owners manual to look in for the specific information.
regards,
Rick
