Question Two problems: 1. We have white lines going horizontally across the screen in the top 3-4 inches of the screen. It has been doing that for awhile. Some channels show it worse than others. 2. Now periodically the screen will go into a vertical roll--usually on commercials or on an onsite news story where the camera has changed.
We were dealing with the white lines okay, but the vertical roll is starting to get to us!!
Answer both of these problems are related. your vertical circuit is going bad and you will need a repair to fix this. a cost of a repair will range around 120 or so.
