Question QUESTION: I have absolutely no sound at all on my tv. I had no picture so I went to see if a dvd would play and no problem. Been having trouble with Dish Network receiver so called for their help, was told to unplug my red, yellow, white cables and replug them in. I did got picture back but no sound. Tried on all three inputs and different cables still no sound. Any ideas? HELP!!!!
It is a Toshiba 57H83 Manufactured August of 2003, really wanting to get it repaired if cost effective,

QUESTION: I did when I checked out the dvd but after I was told to switch cables, I totally lost sound for everything at all three outputs.
Answer really odd
if it worked for dvd then the tv would have been fine.
there is a switch on the back of yourv right where th ecables hook up lower right of this area. this switch should be set to off.
also in your tv`s menu under audio sevtion check and make sure MTS is set to stereo and speakers and turned on.
