Question hello, model 61hx71. year-2000. toshiba,cinema series HD.there is no picture or sound,the power light flashes, i have unplugged it from the power outlet ,same results.
Answer could be a bad power supply. we cannot be sure with out testing. you will need to call a repairman for this. a cost will range around 400.00
