I have a Sony Triniton Color TV KV-27EXR20, and have a problem with the sound quality. The TV has too much bass and I need to adjust it but do not have the remote control. Can I adjust the sound quality without a remote control?
Answer The audio adjust controls are explained on page 16 of the owners manual.

You must have a remote. You can purchase a Sony replacement online and you can find universal remotes that will work at many big box stores and electronic places. Make sure it has all the buttons (menu) so it will bring up the setup functions.

PS: Some of the old ones allowed access from the buttons on the front of the tv. Try pressing two buttons simultaneously and you might find the combination to do so.
