Question Hi I have a 35" Mitsubishi T.V. but having a white line problem above part of the screen? Can you please tell me what causes it and what will be the estimate cost to fix this problem? Thank you very much for your advice in advance.
Answer Leila, you might be able to solve the problem yourself if you get told how to access the hidden installer menu which took over the rear dip switches of the past.
I do not know how to access the menus myself, unfortunately.
