Question tv turns on and off ok, picture has a vertcal hold promlem and shakes....color is good, and it does it even while watching a dvd.....
Answer Similar to vertical hold know that used to be on the back of TVs in the past they now have hidden menus with this type of control. I do not know if this model does or if it does how to access it.
You might decide to involve a repairman as the matter might still be more involved than just menu manipulation.
