Question
Hello, I have a Toshiba TV #27A34, and although I haven't the orignal remote, I have a universal remote. The problem is I have picture but no sound. It comes with RCA jacks to hook to a stereo, to use the stereo's speakers; I tried that, no luck. I also notice that the "SAP" feature is on. Does this have anything to do with the sound problem, and if not what do I do?

Answer
David,

Yes I do think it is related:
SAP (second audio program) reception lets you listen to alternate-language tracks for many TV programs.
I imagine if you find a way to disengage this option, you will get the original sound back.

Good luck

N George
