| Comment | Thanks for your studied answer. I did unplug the cable and turn off the set hoping to reset whatever in the set works with the remote. It seemed ok for more than 24 hours but alas, Magnavox said I should probably return it which I did. No problems with the Toshiba I replaced it with but yesterday Comcast was here and replaced an old, spliced line to another set on the same 3 way splitter which had apparently gone bad and knocked out our digital channels. I guess it will remain a mystery as to what caused what. Thanks again for your time. Don | ||
