Just cleared up the same problem with my receiver.  Red power light on steadily, but the unit would not come on.  



I pushed both Power and ECO buttons at the same exact time, then the red power light began to flash.  I believe the word "reset" came up on the display, but I accidentally blocked it with my arm, so I am not sure.  At that point, I unplugged the unit, then plugged it in again.  I pushed the "on" button again and it came on!  Working perfectly again.
