I have the same problem. Mine is a Viewsonic 42" plasma.  This answer fits my situation, and I am willing to solder out the parts.  But my part numbers are not found at digikey.  0930 D8L60 are the four diodes I think are in question.  look for 4 black parts on an aluminum fin plate.  They have 3 legs and are probably the culprits in the humming.



I also bought a capacitor tester today and will test the 2 1500uF 25v capacitors.  thanks klegsann for the tips!
