Well, I was having the same problem as Jeff except I couldn't even see anything other than the Phillips loading screen that appears when the TV starts up. I played around with the power cord and pushed it up a little extra and amazingly it worked. So I'm sure you've probably already gotten it fixed but just adding my two cents. - Justin
