Question The channel will not change from channel 2. (manually or w/remote.) The sound is always low, must turn up all the way to really hear. Is this something I can fix? Seek service? buy a neww model?

Some TVs have a master reset but it is usually in a hidden menu that is not even mentioned in the instruction manual booklet.
I can't even be sure that reset will fix this and it could even be tricky asking around till putting your hands on the button sequence to reach the master reset but this is what I would have done before calling a serviceman.
