Question
Could you give me some general tips for playing and how/what to practice?
Also, how do you recommend I hold the racket?

Sorry for the delayed answer, I appologize about that. I was out of town and I forgot to change my status to "On Vacation"
Absolutely, the only way to practice any game is to play it frequently! I recommend watching professional games on any sport channel. You'll also notice the way that the racket should be hold.
Regarding general tips, please be specific and I'll be glad to help.
