Question im starting tennis in a couple of months and was looking for some tips. i would love to get a national ranking in a couple of years and so i will play frequently.im 16 female & i live in the uk by the way.
is there exercises to prepare me?
do you think i can get good or am i too old?
should i get a coach or joim a club or what?
