Question
What are the exercises that i must do become agile and flexible??

Answer
hey Florian, thanks for the question.

Flexibility and agility are very important in TKD, they give you the edge against opponents and make you look more impressive to boot.

To increase your flexibility you need to stretch every day, morning and night as well as stretching before and after training. This will keep your muscles nice and limber on a frequent basis and soon they will adapt.

To increase your agility you need to work on explosive movement training. Practice drills where you are kicking continuously for a short period of time eg. 20 seconds. Another great way to increase agility is by running in between cones on the ground. These are very basic ways that you can increase your agility levels.

The changes you see in training won't be overnight, it will take time. But keep training and stretching and you will definately see a difference later on.

I hope this answers your question, thankyou.
