You can go to the Taiwan Post office website for zip codes (http://www.post.gov.tw/post/internet/u_english/postal_e_1.jsp). Fill out the drop down boxes with "Taipei County" and "Section 2", then type into the form that you are looking for a street named "Bao". If you do that, you get several options for Sec. 2, Bao-an St, in Shulin City. (The list only pulls up correctly in Internet Explorer, though.)
The zip code listed for "Odd No. 1 to 335" is 23870, so that's your answer.
