Subject: Book Promotion
Question
You suggested going to the web sites (Oprah, etc) and looking for info on how to submit a book. You then asked the person what the book was about as you may have some ideas re promotions.
I am in the same situation. My grand daughter has just had her book published and we are looking for ways to get the word out. Her book is a fictionalized account of the Revelation. We would be interested in any input. Thanks. Bob

Bub: See if the editor of your local gazette might write a book review; send a press release to your local radio jock, see if you can setup a book signing/meet the author at your local bookstore; setup a website for the book AND try this novel idea once related to me by a noted author that recently passed away:have 2' X 3' poster signs printed and tape these to your vehicle doors. Also handout flyers at your church. Another great idea is to put flyers under car windshield wipers in shopping center parking lots and believe it or not one author gave out flyers to people leaving a wake. Wild and wacky ideas are many times the BESt ideas.
