Question
How can someone to get a lawyer who will be pro bono, I have tried and tried to get one who will help me regarding a trial which our lawyer  refuse to give evidence and we lost our farm over a man who perjured himself and made (lease) about over 100,000 dollars. He broke the lease agreement .  Is there a lawyer who cares for justice out there? I gave all evidence to the displary councle and they told me I do need a lawyer.

Answer
Debbie: I have 2 suggestions for you: One - try to get as much publicity as possible on your situation/plight.  Talk to you local newspaper and try to interest them in writing a story on your situation.  Quite often the news wire services pick up articles of this kind and say you live in Nebraska a paper in Illinois for instance might run the story.  Sooner or later some attorney will come forward and do pro bono your case.  Two - try to get some TV coverage as well.  Please e-mail me directly at johntroland@msn.com as to where you are located.  Also you may to try to get on a radio talk show in your area.
