Answer Gina: I would first seek the assistance of a local tv cable access person. Looks to me like you are going for the BIG TIME right away. Unfortunatley I do not have answers for most of your questions as I am in CT. In order for me to REALLY assist you it would take hours for me to develop info you would need.
