Answer Tye: I presume from your question that you are looking to start a cable access tv show. If this is the case, at least in CT where I am, you CANNOT profit from doing cable access tv. With cable access you generally have little if any cost other than VHS tapes used to make copies of your tv show. You should have a cable access franchise in your area; call them and setup an appointment to speak with them directly. You cannot advertise/have advertisers on cable access; you can only use public service announcements.
