what you have to do is hold down all butons at the same time after you hear the beep let go of b and c still hold a then press b (which is reset)

You have to push the reset button then it should say reset or download push download and it will be a new egg but i agree it depends on which version you have. Today i got a new one and it won't pause i don't get it.
