Question Hi Ron,
We are wanting to move our family to the Tampa area this coming summer. Can you recommend a good Tampa suburb that offers nice houses around $250,000 with good schools and not a lot of crime? :-)

Answer There are so many areas which offer affordable housing, its difficult to narrow down the top 5.
If you would like to look at areas in Tampa, I might suggest Carrolwood, Temple Terrace, Brandon, New Tampa and Valrico.
If you want to look closer to the Gulf, you would want to check out Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Spring Hill and Largo/Dunedin.
There is also Pasco county, which includes areas like Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Zephyrhills.
