Answer Africa is changing all the time. There is more awareness on what is going on in the world now more than it was four years ago.
For example,Tanzania is much more connected to the world now compared to four years ago. Internet cafes are a common sight. The gorvrnment is investing more on infrustructure. This means even raoads are getting better and better.
Democracy still far from being perfect but the awareness about it is well on the rise now. People know now what are their rights although still not everybody knows how to go about archieving them.
Africa is also changing in the negative way. The old hospitality that existed due to the extended family is replaced by individualisim. People now are getting more self centered compared to caring for the well-being of the society.Money is becoming the main thing clearly now than four years ago.
Definately africa is different now.
