To the best of your knowledge, are there any cultural groups or tribes in Africa that do not have gods?
Answer Sir,
Africa is a vast continent not an individual country. There are hundreds of differents cultures and peoples, so 'to the best of my knowledge' I do not know them all.
'Gods', or 'Beliefs'? You need to be more specific.
I have not met with any people who have not had some view about 'life the universe and everything', whatever their cuicumstances.
