Answer I can answer for Tanzania.In order to move to Tanzania there are three ways first you can go there as a tourist in order to study the country or as a student that is you just enroll to some college there, the third way is you get married with a Tanzanian before going there. But unfortunately all this ways are costly at first. That is the begining is always going to cost you. The average salary for a Tanzanian is 70,000 thousand shillings. One US dollar is approximately One thousand shillings. So in your case you are going to be just fine, because you are going to have an income of 700,000 shillings(200$+500$) that is ten times an average salary of an ordinary Tanzanian.
The problem of relocating will also include vaccination against tropical diseases e.t.c
Getting a wife in Tanzania is easy.
