Question Hello...
I am currently taking Irish Step Dancing, and often times, I get these painful splinters on my legs. I was told by my dance teacher that it is from the repetitive movements. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent or lessen the pain of these splinters. At times, they can be so painful that I can barely walk. Do other dancers suffer from them? Thanks.
Answer Oh yeah, from what I know, most dancers exspecially tap get thoes horrible pains. I have and the only thing that would seem to help would be a bath in epson salt after any workout. I beleive the more you build and stretch the muscle it will ease up. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question!
