Question
A friend and i are trying to put together a piece for our college's dance concert.  We are both trained tappers, but he is very into the classic fred astaire style while i have studied street and rhythm tap.  We want to do a piece that works almost like "Boogie Wonderland" in Happy Feet....if you don't know what i mean, basically where we both start off doing our own thing, very doubtful about each other and then kind of ease into it, hit a pose and stare each other down and then go into it full force, mixing out styles.  We haven't been able to find any music that we thought would work. Can you help?

Answer
Hello,  There is a great song that might be right for the style you want to combine.  There is a hip hop version of Beethoven's 5th.  I choreographed a classic tap/hip hop tap to this song an it was a hit.  I'm not sure of the artist but the song could be what your looking for.  Thanks for the question!!!
